I took this photo one very rainy morning, in September of 2006.
The traffic was moving at an all time "Crawl" on west Fullerton Avenue in Chicago's Hanson Park neighborhood. Seen here, is an eastbound Chicago Transit Authority 1990's era Nova transit bus, working the eastbound CTA Route # 74 Fullerton Avenue bus line.

We are slowly arriving at the intersection of West Fullerton and North Central Avenues on the northside of the city of Chicago Illinois.
