I took this photo during a lovely Springtime afternoon, back in April of 1988 in Chicago's Garfield Ridge neighborhood near Midway Airport.
Seen here at the west terminal loop for the Chicago Transit Authority's Route # 62 Archer /Harlem Avenue bus line at South Archer and Neva Avenues, are two 1970's era CTA GMC TDH series fishbowl windshield transit buses.
The Chicago Transit Authority operated these in regular service, until they were retired in 1996.
