I photographed this digital live sound video a few weeks ago, on a quiet Sunday afternoon in December of 2009.

A westbound Metra commuter local enroute to Elgin Illinois over the former Milwaukee Road west line, is viewed arriving at the Elmwood Park station on 75th Avenue. The locomotive up front, is a very unique 1974 vintage EMD model F-40C. The former Milwaukee Road was the only railroad to own these, and used them exclusevilly in Chicago commuter train service.
