I took this vintage billboard promoting a typical end of the year new car sales pitch, way back in December of 1985.
This local billboard, was located along the east side of South Kedzie Avenue near West 60th Street, in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the southwest side of Chicago.
Ah yes, a precious advertising momento from the mid 1980's on the southwest side of Chicago back in the day.

Interesting that there is no reference at all to any particular manufacturer (GM, Ford, Chrysler, etc.)
I wonder who would be responsible for such a billboard? Perhaps a co-op organization that represented all the auto makers?
