I took this photo way back in December of 1988.
During the 1980's before I eventually bought My first car, I used to enjoy traveling to the southwest suburban town of Evergreen Park Illinois, via the Chicago Transit Authority's Route # 52A / South Kedzie Avenue bus line.
During the 1980's, they used to rig up this lighted overhead Christmas tree decoration over the intersection, of South Kedzie Avenue and West 95th Street.
The Christmas holiday season was always pleasant in the village of Evergreen Park Illinois.
