I found this historic old 1950's era photo from Chicago's Riverview Park on the internet recently.
The greater Chicagoland area, once had many seasonal amusement parks to visit.
Riverview Park, located on the northside of Chicago, was one of those places, and the rides apparently were not that expensive to enjoy.
Seen here, are Riverview Park employees, operating what apears to be the Silver Flash roller coaster at the boarding station.
Welcome to my rail fan page! Here you'll find information and pictures of railroad related items from the Chicagoland area, Wisconsin and Indiana. Enjoy your stay. All Aboard!
