The former Atchinson, Topeka & Santa Fe Corwith Yard. Chicago Illinois. Circa mid 1990's., a photo by Eddie from Chicago on Flickr.
This photo was sent to Me, by good friend and former Chicagoan Dennis Madia.
An Atchinson, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad EMD GP 30 roadswitcher, is viewed working at the A,T & S, F Corwith Yard facility on the near southwest side of Chicago, prior to the 1995 merger with the Burlington Northern that created todays BNSF Railway.
Although it is now a BNSF Railway facility, the name Corwith Yard has been retained today.
Thanks Dennis.
Eddie K.
