I took this photo back in November of 2006.
It was announced this morning on WBBM News Radio 780 AM , that today is the day that the city of Chicago is officially begining to enforce the overnight Winter parking ban on all main streets in Chicago.
If You do not enjoy being towed and paying big expensive fines in Chicago, please relocate Your parked car overnight.
